I've been running my dogs at a local pheasant preserve for years. I was wonder what others are getting for compensation. I get $80 per hunt plus tips. 20 bird max per hunt anymore then 20 birds it split into 2 hunts and I get double. Tips are usually pretty substantial. I'm not in it for the money . It keeps the dogs on birds. The preserve season is a lot longer then the the regular season. Curious to see what others are getting paid.
